So Maybe things don't exactly turn out the way we want them to. We trust in the many trials that life face us with without a clue of what is to come, of what will happen. Throughout the course of my life, I've learned that things aren't exactly what they seem to be; things change, and most things that shouldn't change are better off kept the way things are. I've also learned that such things are best left unexplored, let alone, and let be. I've learned that trust isn't something that we must give away so easily; learned that it is something that builds over time and can change and wither within a blink of an eye. I've learned all these in ways that have not been told to me, in little whispers of fate that turn into the bitter and harsh reality that is the world around us. I've learned that many of the things we ought to learn are things that aren't told to us, or things that we can read. They're things we experience and live through; a voice that will silently teach us through words that are spoken in signs. |
